Events and ticketing
Events shows what’s coming up from the integrations you’ve connected, each with a link to buy a ticket.
Events and ticketing are open to every account — unlike booking, there’s no capability gate here. Anyone can connect an events integration and add it to their site, whether they run one event a year or a full calendar.
Connect it
Milkcrate connects to Eventbrite, Humanitix, Luma, Partiful, Ticketmaster, Oztix, TryBooking, Resident Advisor and more. Paste your organiser link and Milkcrate reads your upcoming events from there, rather than asking you to add each one by hand — a new event you publish on the integration shows up on your site without a separate step on Milkcrate.
You can connect more than one events integration, and Eventbrite alone lets you link several organiser accounts. That helps if you run events under more than one organiser profile, without mixing the two calendars together — every ticket link on your site still points back to the right one.
See every integration Milkcrate can sync from in Supported integrations.
Choose what shows
Once an events integration is connected, its upcoming events land in Events automatically, each one carrying a link to buy or reserve a ticket. Tick which events show on your site and untick the ones you’d rather keep off it.
Newest events stay switched on by default, so a fresh listing appears without you having to come back in and turn it on yourself. This is one of the steps in the Get Started walk, where you make the same choice for every event synced in at the time.
A Smart order switch sits alongside the list too: on, your events follow what visitors tap; off, they stay in the order you set — and it remembers which one you picked for Events.
On your site
Visitors see your upcoming events listed on your site, each one carrying its own ticket link out to the integration that’s selling it. Only what’s upcoming shows here — this is about what’s coming up, not a record of everything you’ve ever run.
There’s no ticketing or payment on Milkcrate itself. The ticket link takes visitors to the integration you connected to buy or reserve, so refunds, seating and everything else stay with the integration you already use for them.
