Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1 · Last updated 27 September 2026
Partna pages are made to be seen. These rules keep them lawful, honest and safe for the people who visit, and explain what we do when a page breaks them.
Who these rules cover
These rules apply to everyone with a Partna account, and to everything a Partna page shows: what you write, what you upload, and what your page brings in from the platforms you connect.
They are part of our Terms of Use. If a page breaks them, we can act on anything it shows, including content that came from a connected platform.
Spam
No junk, bulk or repetitive content, and no misleading links. Don’t use your page to send people to phishing, malware or scams, and only contact the people who sign up or enquire through your page in the way they agreed to.
Harassment
Don’t use your page to threaten, bully, stalk or humiliate anyone, or to encourage other people to.
Impersonation
Be who you say you are. Don’t pretend to be another person, business or organisation, or suggest a connection or endorsement you don’t have.
Only claim a Partna page that’s about you or a business you’re authorised to act for, and don’t sign up as a business that isn’t yours.
Illegal content
Nothing illegal, and nothing that offers, promotes or helps with something illegal: for example counterfeit goods, fraud, terrorist or violent extremist material, or services you aren’t licensed to provide.
Sexual content
No pornography or sexually explicit material. Nothing that sexualises anyone under 18, ever: we remove it and report it to the authorities.
Self-harm
Nothing that encourages or instructs suicide, self-harm or disordered eating. Talking about recovery, or pointing people to support, is fine.
Hate speech
Nothing that attacks, threatens or demeans people because of their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
Intellectual property
Only use photos, video, music, logos and words that you own or have permission to use, and don’t use someone else’s brand or trade mark in a way that could confuse people.
Fake profile
Your page must be about a real person or business and describe it honestly. No invented businesses, no fake reviews or testimonials, and no qualifications, licences or awards you don’t hold.
Personal information
Don’t put anyone’s private information on your page without their permission: for example a personal phone number or home address, identity documents, or photos of people who haven’t agreed to appear.
If a Partna page shows information about you that you want taken down, report it and choose “My personal information”.
Other harm and misuse
Don’t use Partna in any other way that’s unlawful or harms people. Don’t try to get into accounts or systems that aren’t yours, disrupt Partna or get around its limits, and don’t open a new account to get around a suspension or a closure.
Reporting a page
Anyone can report a Partna page at partna.au/report, with or without an account. Choose the reason that matches the rule the page breaks, or “Other”, and add anything that helps us find the problem.
We read every report. If you leave your email, we write back once we’ve reviewed it.
If someone is in danger right now, call 000 in Australia or 111 in New Zealand first.
What we do when a page breaks these rules
We choose a response that fits how serious the problem is and whether it has happened before. From lightest to strongest:
A warning: we note the problem on your account, and it counts if it happens again.
Hiding content: we take down the posts, photos or other items that break the rules, and the rest of your page stays up.
Hiding your page: your page goes offline, but your account and your content are kept.
Suspending your account: your account is suspended and your page goes offline.
Closing your account: for serious or repeated breaches, we close your account permanently.
We don’t have to go in order: a serious breach can go straight to a suspension or a closure. For anything stronger than a warning, we email you and tell you why, unless law enforcement asks us not to. We may also report illegal content to the police or to Australia’s eSafety Commissioner.
If you think we got it wrong
Reply to the email we sent you about the decision, or write to abuse@milkcrate.site. A person on our team will review it.
If we agree we got it wrong, we restore what we took down, bring your page back online and email you to confirm.
Changes to these rules
When these rules change, we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes follow the notice process in our Terms of Use.
