Milkcrate is launching late 2026. These docs show how it will work.

How connecting works

Every integration on Milkcrate connects the same way: paste a link, a handle or a name. No logins involved.

Milkcrate connects to close to 100 integrations in a fixed roster. See the full list in Supported integrations. Whichever one you’re adding, the method is the same: you give Milkcrate the address of a profile you already have. Which categories show up for you — booking, reservations, ordering — depends on your account, but the way you connect never changes.

Pick the part of your site you want to fill:

Paste, don’t log in

There’s no separate sign-in button anywhere when you connect something. You paste a link, a handle or a name, such as your Instagram username, your Google Business listing or your Spotify profile, and Milkcrate works out which integration it belongs to and reads the public page. Nothing asks for a password on the other integration, and Milkcrate never asks for one either.

One account or several

Some integrations take a single connection by design: Instagram, Google Business and Fresha among them. Others let you add more than one: YouTube, Spotify and Eventbrite all support multiple accounts, which matters if you run more than one channel, profile or venue.

What syncs automatically

Once something’s connected, Milkcrate keeps checking it: a new post, an updated rating, an upcoming event, a new product. Whatever it finds lands in a list for that part of your site, and you don’t reconnect or refresh anything yourself — it stays current on its own, for as long as the connection stands. Most lists fill themselves. Links is the exception: nothing syncs a link on its own, so you paste in whatever you want there yourself.

Choosing what shows

Connecting something doesn’t put it on your site straight away. Depending on your account, you have some or all of nine lists: Links, Watch, Listen, Menu, Services, Events, Media, Reviews and Sell. Each is a table you tick and untick. A ticked item shows on your site; an unticked one stays in the list, out of sight, ready to come back the moment you tick it again. Hiding something never removes it.

When something new syncs in, it starts ticked on, so a fresh video or a new event shows up without you having to switch it on. Untick it if you’d rather it stayed out of view. You’ll meet the same table during the Get Started walk, one list at a time. After that, it lives in your dashboard for whenever you change your mind.

Routing suggestions

Milkcrate also looks for links you haven’t connected yet, such as an Instagram bio link pointing at a shop or a booking link mentioned somewhere public. These turn up in the Routing suggestions inbox, where you can accept one to connect it properly, or dismiss it if it’s not worth adding.
