Milkcrate is launching late 2026. These docs show how it will work.

Get started

After sign-up, Milkcrate shows what it found one screen at a time. You tick what goes on your site and choose Continue.

When sign-up finishes, you land on a page called Get Started. It shows what Milkcrate found for your site, one screen at a time. On each screen you tick what you want on your site and choose Continue.

Which screens you see

Milkcrate decides which screens you get. Screens with nothing found are skipped.

The steps and their order depend on your account type.

Creator:

  1. Your socials.
  2. Your content: Watch, Listen and Media.
  3. Your links.
  4. Your shop.

A Creator has no workplace, booking or listing step.

Professional:

  1. Your socials.
  2. Your workplace: the salon, gym or clinic you work from.
  3. Booking and services.
  4. Reviews.
  5. Your content.

Business:

  1. Your Google listing.
  2. Hours and details.
  3. Your booking team.
  4. Your menu, if you’re in food.
  5. Your content.

Other: every step except the business pages.

Business and Other accounts in food industries are asked about ordering and reservations, which come with Menu. Professional accounts, and Other accounts outside food, are asked about booking.

Your integrations

This screen lists the integrations Milkcrate found: booking or ordering, events, stores, video, music and social. Tick the ones you want on your site. Choose “Add another integration” to connect any that are missing. You paste a link, a handle or a name, and never a password. If Milkcrate couldn’t read your website, an alert at the top says “We couldn’t read your website. Add your socials so we can include them.” It has a button for each social profile it didn’t find.

Services and menu

These start with everything ticked. The screen says “Everything’s on. Untick anything you don’t offer.” On the menu screen it says “Untick anything that’s off the menu.”

Videos, music, events and products

Pick which items show. On the videos, music and media screens, “Your latest stays on automatically”, so a new upload doesn’t need you to come back and tick it. On the events screen, upcoming events show automatically and you untick any to hide. On the products screen you pick what shows.

“Your site media” is your photos and videos. “Your links” are links Milkcrate found, and you pick the ones for your site. The links screen has an “Add a link” button.

Choose a full logo and a square mark from the candidates Milkcrate found, or upload your own. Each one needs an answer. “No logo” is an answer.

How Continue works

Nothing moves on until you choose Continue. If you continue with nothing ticked, that screen adds nothing and you move on. There is no Skip button, and there is a Back link. Some screens hold Continue for a moment while Milkcrate finishes reading an integration.

On the last screen the button says “Continue to dashboard”.

You can change all of this later

Every screen has a home in the dashboard. Items live under Your content, and your details live on Identity.
