Milkcrate is launching late 2026. These docs show how it will work.

Booking, services and menu

Booking, table reservations and online ordering are separate, and you only see the ones your account can use. Services and Menu come with them.

Which of the three you see depends on what your account can use. If it can use booking, you’ll see booking integrations. If it can take table reservations or online orders instead, you’ll see those. Booking comes with Services, so Professional, Business and Other accounts have it and Creator accounts don’t. Reservations and ordering come with Menu, so they are for Business and Other accounts in food industries. Professional accounts never see Menu. The account types page has the full breakdown.

Connect it

Booking and appointments. If your account can use booking, paste your booking link and Milkcrate adds a Book button pointing straight at it, and fills Services with the prices it finds there. Milkcrate supports around 30 booking integrations, including Fresha, Square, Acuity, Vagaro, Booksy, Cliniko, Jane, Mindbody, Calendly and Cal.com.

Table reservations. If your account can take table reservations, connect OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, Tock, TheFork or Quandoo and Milkcrate adds a Reserve button that sends visitors straight to your table booking page.

Online ordering. If your account can take online orders, connect DoorDash, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Menulog, Toast or Square Online and Milkcrate adds an Order button, so visitors can order ahead without leaving the page.

Menu. Menu is for food-sector Business and Other accounts. Creator and Professional accounts don’t have one: a food professional lists what they offer under Services. Menu items sync from your connected Google Business listing, so until you connect that, there’s nothing here to choose from yet.

Choose what shows

Every service on your booking integration comes through to Services alongside its price, and everything’s on to start. Add, remove or reprice a service on your booking integration and the change carries through on its own — there’s nothing to update twice. Untick anything you don’t want visitors to see and it drops off your site straight away, without touching the listing on your booking integration. Tick it again whenever you want it back.

Menu works the same way. Untick a seasonal dish you’ve pulled or a category you’ve dropped and it comes off your site without touching your Google Business listing. If your account can use a menu, it is one of the steps in the Get Started walk, set up before Services, so it’s already chosen by the time you finish onboarding.

On your site

Visitors see the services you’ve left ticked, each with its price and a Book button. Tapping it sends them to your booking integration to pick a time and confirm — Milkcrate hands the booking itself over to the integration you already use, it doesn’t take bookings on its own.

Your menu is its own page, listing the items you’ve left ticked. Menu is separate from Services — a food-sector Business or Other account can keep both.
